AIM managed the delivery of multiple digital projects using agile. Managed the affordable housing programmes, various supporting systems and other bidding platforms for infrastructure, revenue and housing bids. Designed and implemented continuous integration, automated release management and pioneered various DevOps initiatives that was handed over to internal development teams to use and continue supporting. Designed solutions for Cloud based and common cross-cutting services (Azure, Dynamics, IDaaS).

Played an active role in a corporate transformation programme to decentralise the London operations to the southern hemisphere (South Africa, Namibia and Botswana) requiring complex applications integration of multiple systems across multiple platforms. Responsible for the delivery management of the development and support of these systems. Implemented a cost effective support model with economies of scale and consolidation of support services that maximised TCO and ROI.

Designed and delivered an end to end solution for setting up a new office environment. Managed the procurement and implementation of hardware and software (including ethernet cabling, WiFi, Sage, iPhones and iPads). Setup a shared cloud storage solution and Office 365 for all employees. Designed and developed a new website that uses responsive design for a richer user experience using leading edge secure cloud technologies with Docker containerisation on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Designed a new website for this financial services client that offers products such as pensions, mortgages and financial investments advice. The website is interactive with the ability for clients to subscribe to newsletters and read latest news online. Implemented extra cyber security measures to secure the site and manage the hosting on AIM’s cloud platform. AIM also manages the client’s Office 365 emails and cloud drives. 

Designed and delivered a new web experience for arboriculture consultants with the ability to read online specialised arboriculture documents. AIM currently also supports and manages the website’s contents, security updates and enhancements hosted on the AIM’s cloud platform of choice. 

Designed and delivered an end to end solution for managing shared cloud services across admin employees and security systems engineers. AIM manage the company’s Office 365, Teams and cloud storage as well as on going website enhancements that was developed and supported by AIM. AIM also supports day to day enquiries or any digital and IT related issues.
